All Assessments/Dues are assessed against the homeowner of Record as of January 1st of each Calendar Year. According to Pembrooke's governing documents any payment over 10 days late is considered delinquent. Therefore 01 February assessments if not paid in full by 11 February will be considered delinquent and may be turned over to our collection agency. At the time of turn over to collections a charge of $175.00 will be added to your account. According to the CC&R's it is the homeowners responsibility to pay their dues on time whether an invoice is received or not.

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting Zelle as a payment option. After testing this seems to be the easiest way to pay your dues. there are no fee's associated with this transaction unlike with PayPal. The transaction is also near instant.
